The Tuscaloosa County Extension Office will host a flower pruning workshop with demonstrations by Jason Powell from Petals from the Past Nursery. The workshop will take place on the grounds of the Jemison Van de Graff Mansion, Thursday, February 16th from 10:00 a.m. -12:00 noon.
Cost of the workshop is $10.00. If you are interested in attending or have any questions please call the extension office at 349-4630 to sign up. Hmmmm.... I wonder how they feel about children- not the idea of children, mind you, but the real deal, children in the flesh, eager to learn. If I'm feeling especially brave, we'll find out.
